When starting a tenancy with Sab you can rest assured that you will be looked after. We are long standing members of ARLA and The Property Ombudsman, which ensures we are up to date with all legislation and requirements, as well as being able to provide access to impartial and independent advice on any disputes.

If you have viewed one of our available properties and wish to proceed with a rental application, we require you to contact the office which arranged the viewing for you and you will be provided with an initial questionnaire. Once the initial questionnaire is complete, you will be sent a link to the full online application form. Please ensure that you read the Procedures & Fees before proceeding with an application. Every person over the age of 18 must submit an individual application form and each will be named on the tenancy agreement.
